Introduction:
The 1.6MPa Oval Gear Flow meter is a type of flow meter used to measure the flow rate of liquids in industrial applications. It is designed to handle high-pressure environments, with a maximum operating pressure of 1.6 megapascals (MPa) or approximately 232 psi.
Oval gear flow meters are based on the principle of positive displacement, which means they measure the volume of liquid passing through the meter by using a pair of oval gears that rotate as the liquid flows. The flow meter consists of two chambers separated by the oval gears. As the liquid enters the meter, it fills one chamber, causing the gears to rotate. The rotation is proportional to the flow rate, allowing for accurate measurement.
