System Composition and Working Principle

The Unit is composed with base, marine atmosphere condenser, condensate water observation cabinet, hot water well, automatic replenish water valve, thermometer, liquid level controller, valve an etc.

The Unit is necessary part of steam-condensate closed circulation system. The surplus steam produced by boiler and condensate-water produced when the steam passing through the steam using devices, they are cooled when passing through atmosphere condenser, then flow into hot well unit. The condensed water in the hot water well is filtered to remove impurities such as oil and other impurities, and then the boiler feed water pump is pressurized and sent to the boiler for the system to continue to circulate, so as to save fresh water and realize the heat exchange function of the entire system.
