AIS Aids to Navigation Buoy Light

Founction:

The Automatic Identification System (AIS) Aids to Navigation (ATON) Buoy Light serves as a visual navigation aid for ships and boats at sea. The function of the AIS ATON Buoy Light is to provide a distinctive and recognizable light signal that can be detected by vessels equipped with AIS receivers. The AIS ATON Buoy Light transmits a signal that includes information about the buoy's position, status, and identification number. This information is received by vessels within range of the AIS system, allowing them to locate and navigate around the buoy safely. The AIS ATON Buoy Light can also be used to transmit other types of information, such as weather and sea conditions, traffic updates, and safety messages. In addition, the AIS ATON Buoy Light can be remotely monitored and controlled from a shore-based station, allowing for real-time monitoring of navigational aids and the ability to respond quickly to any issues that arise.

Product Characteristic

The automatic ship identification system is an autonomous broadcasting system that operates on the mobile frequency band at sea. It exchanges information such as ship identification code, ship position, heading, speed, etc. between the ship and the shore station. The application of A I S to construct a navigational telemetry remote control system has better data transmission accuracy, better anti-interference performance of the system, higher frequency stability, lower construction and maintenance costs, and short construction period, low cost input and convenient and easy running lights.
