1. Application

ARC Stud Welding Machine is dedicated to furnace, boiler, shipbuilding, power plant construction, chemical construction, mechanical equipment, various pipelines, containers, barrel bodies, vehicle manufacturing and so on.

2. Welding Material
The welding material is carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, copper and other materials with arc weldability. Apply welding on surfaces with an oxide layer, oil film, primer or electroplated workpiece. No deformation after welding, no bump mark. Horizontal welding, vertical welding, pitching welding, all-directional welding.

3. Features
- Thickness ≥ 3mm, welding  M3 mm - M12 mm screw, special-shaped nails, corrugated nails, pin, heat preservation nail.
- Small volume, light weight, energy conservation and environmental protection.
- The internal structure is modular design, perfect protection function, and adopt the pure IGBT device, the whole machine is safe and reliable.
- Easy control and digital display of welding voltage, current and time.
- Special torch with extending cables, large lifting force, low heat and durable.
- Compensatory capablities of power voltage. When the voltage decreases, the machine can automatically.
- Stabilize welding parameters, when the voltage is extremely low, the machine still can work normally (only the max welding current is a little lower), the welding strength is much higher than ordinary welding machine.
