Cold formed steel sheet pile is made of thin sheet(commonly thickness is 8mm~14mm), processed by cold bending form. Its production cost is lower and the price is more cheaper than hot rolled steel sheet pile but due to the simple processing mode, the thickness of each part of the pile is same, the section size can’t be optimized. The U type steel sheet pile is one of the most commonly used models, because of its cheap price and stability.
