Description:
High precision dry powder automatic filling product line is newly invented by our engineer according to the requirements of fire extinguisher production all over the world. It is honored with national patent, five practical patents and regarded as national important new product by Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Environmental Protection and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in our country. This product line adopts high precision sensors and PLC controller system, so that it can supervise and control speed, site, weight, torque, airtightness, etc. This product line mainly include below parts: silk-screen printing, solidifying, drying, fast filling, high precision filling, vibration, container valve tightening, inflating, mechanical arm, airtightness testing, helium testing and labelling. Every part can work as a single unit and also can work as a system. It has high output and only needs 2 to 3 persons to complete the whole product line. This product line has been exported to the USA, Germany, Tunisia, Spain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, Russia and Malaysia. It is highly appreciated by our customers all over the world.

Equipment Installation:
Upon arrival at the site, first connect the main conveyor line and reverse conveyor line of the roller conveyor to the ground surface, and then adjust the vertical and parallel alignment of the conveyor. The verticality of the entire line should not be lower than Level 11, and the parallelism of the support brackets at both ends of the roller should not be lower than Level 10. Next, install the tray lifting mechanism at both ends of the conveyor. Since the transfer between the lifting pallet and the conveyor is achieved through frictional rotation, the distance between the active wheel (conveyor roller drive wheel) and the passive wheel (roller drive wheel of the pallet) should not exceed 1mm (the active wheel is made of steel, and the passive wheel is made of polyurethane). Of course, during installation, it depends on the situation, as long as it can be lifted smoothly without any impact. Then, in the order of rough filling, precision filling, vibration valve insertion, tightening mechanism, inflation device, airtight mechanical arm, etc., position them one by one next to the conveyor, and the positioning distance between each workstation should be based on the bottom hole of the main workstation interceptor. Place the vacuum device, dust removal device, original agent source, and support bracket behind the production line, and connect the suction pipe of the rough filling to the powder outlet of the vacuum device and agent source, while the suction pipe is connected to the vacuum device. One end of the powder supply pipe of the precision filling is connected to the precision filling powder storage bin, and the other end is connected to the other powder outlet of the agent source. Connect the entire machine to the pneumatic air source and the gas storage cylinder outlet, and the transmission, positioning, and air source of the entire machine are supplied by the air compressor. The dust removal device has two pipelines, one connected to the rough filling and the other used for dust removal in precision filling. The sensing wire of the weighing sensor for rough filling is connected to the rough filling weighing instrument, and the sensing wire of the weighing sensor for precision filling is connected to the precision filling weighing instrument, using a docking connection. Finally, connect the power supply wiring using AC380V/220V/50Hz.
