1. Application

High velocity relief valve with heating device often used in oil tanker or chemical tanker. According to the requirements of ISO15364, if the ship is often under severe freezing conditions, the pressure/vacuum valve shall be equipped with the heating device due to the crystallized cargo produced by steam condensation. Also, it provides auto-protection against fire and explosions on desk.

valve seat: stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9  SUS304
flame screen: stainless steel 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 SUS316L
Remarks: The materials mentioned before are basic materials,ship-owners can choose better materials, such as SUS304,SUS304L,SUS316L.

pressure: (1) oil tanker:-3.5Kpa to 14Kpa   (2) chemical tanker: -3.5Kpa to 20Kpa.
