Description:
A Super Arch Rubber Fender is a type of fender used in maritime applications to absorb and dissipate the kinetic energy of a vessel during berthing or mooring operations. It is an advanced version of the traditional arch fender, specifically designed to provide enhanced performance and durability.
The Super Arch Rubber Fender consists of a series of cylindrical rubber arches stacked horizontally and connected by steel plates or rods. The arches are made from high-quality natural rubber or synthetic rubber compounds that offer excellent resilience and resistance to abrasion, weathering, and chemicals.
This fender design offers several advantages over conventional fenders. Firstly, the arch shape provides a large contact area with the vessel, distributing the impact force over a wider surface and reducing the pressure on the hull. This helps to prevent damage to both the fender and the vessel.
Secondly, the Super Arch Rubber Fender is capable of absorbing a significant amount of energy due to its high energy absorption capacity. The rubber arches compress upon impact, effectively reducing the rebound effect and minimizing the risk of vessel and dock structure damage.

Application:
Super arch rubber fender has big rated compression, high energy absorb, low reaction force. Its structure reasonable and utility long life. Easily install and change. Front panel or UHMW-PE face pad was set on the top to reduce surface pressure and vessel friction factor, and lower the shear strength while vessel berthing.
Feature:
1、Super arch rubber fenders can use with head embedded plate and top impingement board, consequently it greatly reduces the surface pressure and friction coefficient;
2、The dimensions and installation fixing parts of the body of super arch rubber fender with PE pad are both identical with super arch rubber fender with no PE pad;
3、According to the users’ needs, to make some limit adjustment to some dimensions of SA (DA) type can be formed LMD type. Its main structure and mechanical property are almost same, and can be extended to LMD-A type and LMD-B type.
