The low temperature ethylene sampler
Application
The low temperature ethylene sampler can be
applied to the sampling process of liquids, gases, and liquefied gases. There
are liquid samplers, liquefied gas samplers and gas tight samplers. The closed
sampling device provides two sampling containers: glass bottles and
stainless steel cylinders.
Working Principle
When the glass is sampled, the sample is taken out of the process and filled into a glass bottle with a cap and a gasket using air pressure. At the time of sampling, the glass bottle is inserted into the shield, the gasket above the bottle cap is pierced by the needle, and the sampled sample is introduced into the bottle, and the gas in the bottle is discharged from the venting needle. When the required amount of sample is taken out, the operator stops the sample from flowing into the bottle, and then removes the glass bottle from the shield. At this time, the gasket of the cap is automatically sealed to achieve the effect of closed sampling.
When the stainless steel cylinder is sampled, the sample is taken out of the process and placed in the container under process pressure. The composition of the container includes a cylinder with a needle valve and a quick connector at each end. When the cylinder is connected to the sampling position, it becomes a set of samplers. When sampling, the sample will flow through the cylinder. When the sample is liquefied gas, a certain amount of liquid will flow into the constant volume buffer bottle to determine that the cylinder is partially filled, the operator closes the needle valve of the cylinder, and then the quick connector The residual gas is depressurized, and the gas is discharged from the exhaust end. At this time, the cylinder is separated from the sampler to complete the sampling.
Attention
Since the fully enclosed sampling system is a different purpose from the valve for fluid control operation of the process pipeline, and the analysis of the online fluid analysis instrument has different time and operating conditions, it is necessary to make the process control parameters reasonable, the reaction efficiency is improved, and the energy is fully utilized. And the quality of the product is general, manual sampling system accounts for a very important key factor, experience tells us that there are the following sampling considerations:
1. The low-temperature ethylene sampler must be sampled in real time, and the sampling point time should avoid cross-contamination of residual fluid at different times.
2. Low-temperature ethylene samplers must be safely sampled, and must comply with EPA's operational safety regulations, even under severe pressure, fluid volatility, toxicity, flammability, viscous and dirty materials.
3. Low-temperature ethylene samplers must comply with environmental protection requirements to reduce the discharge of hazardous and harmful pollutants and secondary treatment needs.
