Description：

Turnbuckles are used to bind and fasten steel wire ropes and to adjust the tension.

The eye & eye type turnbuckle is used for occasions that are not frequently disassembled, and the hook & hook type turnbuckle is used for occasions that are frequently disassembled. Hook & eye type turnbuckle is used for occasions where one end is often disassembled and the other end is not disassembled frequently.

According to the different forming methods, the turnbuckle screws are mainly divided into three types: cast malleable steel, ordinary carbon steel and forging. At present, there are mainly two kinds of ordinary carbon steel and forging in the market. Generally, there are two kinds of surface treatment: electroplating and hot-dip plating, which mainly play a role in preventing rust.

Ordinary carbon steel turnbuckle screws are mainly used for static binding and stable scenes in occasions, such as garden windbreaks, agricultural greenhouses, etc. Forged turnbuckle screws are widely for lifting, cargo strapping reinforcement.
