ZYG Series Hydrophore Principle Description

The device uses the pressure water pumped by water pump in tank to compress air so as to keep the water in tank under a proper pressure for the use on board.

1.Liquid level meter: to show the water level condition in tank.

2.Pressure gauge: to show the pressure in tank.

3.Pressure controller: to control the start and stop of water pump. When the pressure in tank is under 0.3Mpa, the water pump will start to feed water into tank until the pressure reaches 0.4Mpa.

4.Safety valve: When the pressure in tank is more than 0.42Mpa, the safety valve will open to release the pressure in tank.

5.Charge valve: to charge the compressed air into tank.

6.Discharging valve: to empty the water in tank when maintaining.

7.Control box: The control box is designed with two control modes, one is manual control, the other one is auto control. It is equipped with main water pump, spare water pump and change-over switch SA3. If select the main water pump, please turn the change-over switch SA3 to “Main”, if select spare water pump, please turn SA3 to “Spare”. When the change-over SA2 is turned to “manual”, the main water pump or spare water pump will be start to work manually. When the change-over switch SA2 is turned to “auto”, the device will enter into auto work. When the high pressure controller detects the pressure in tank has reached 0.4MPa, the main water pump or spare water pump will stop working.

ZYG Series Hydrophore Maintenance
(1) Check the tightness of connectors and cocks of suction pipeline so as to avoid the air is sucked in.
(2) Check the tightness of charge valve
(3) Check whether the pressure in tank is in control range. If the pressure is too low for a long time, please open the charge valve to fill in appropriate quantity of air.
(4) Remove and clean the water tank regularly. After cleaning and brushing the inner wall, determine whether repaint according to flaking condition of painting. Repaint the out surface with anti-corrosive paint, meanwhile, replace wearing parts. After the spare parts are dry, reassemble it.
