Plastic Machine Procurement
The procurement of plastic granulators is mainly considered from the following points:
1. Determine the type of plastic
①According to the source of raw materials, it is mainly divided into recovery and modified.
②According to whether the raw materials need cleaning, they are divided into dry materials and water materials.
③According to the shape of raw materials, mainly divided into film, tape, silk, block, flake, granule, powder plastic and so on.
④According to the production temperature, it can be divided into: ultra-low temperature below 100℃, medium temperature between 100℃ and 280℃, high temperature between 280℃ and 380℃, and ultra-high temperature above 380℃.
⑤According to the purity of the material can be divided into: single plastic, alloy material, modified plastic, miscellaneous materials.
2. Determine required capacity
①Generally speaking, it is calculated by kg/h, or by day. Generally, kg/h*20= days. It can also be calculated on a monthly basis, generally kg/h*20*26 = months.
3. Learn about common steel knowledge of plastic granulators.
①20# steel: Low carbon steel, most seamless steel pipe grade, Vickers hardness HV160. Due to low price, some low-end granulator manufacturers choose to use barrel materials, the service life is about 3 months.
②45# steel: medium carbon steel, the most common steel in machining. Most round steel, and some steel grades. Vickers hardness HV240, after quenching up to HV460-HV520. The price is lower, some low-end granulator manufacturers choose to use screw material, the service life is 3-6 months.
③40Cr:Medium carbon-modulated steel is one of the most widely used steels in machinery manufacturing. After nitriding, the Vickers hardness is about HV750, and some granulator manufacturers choose screw material.
