1. Automatic Fuel Oil Supply System Description
Automatic fuel oil supply system is services for the fuel supply of diesel engine, can supply pressure stably for diesel fuel into the machine, meet the temperature and viscosity requested by diesel engine, to achieve the desired fuel burning effect, give full play to the maximum working efficiency, reduce exhaust of diesel engine and carbon, prolong the service life of diesel engine and parts.
This device is an individual and whole unit module, through the combination of various components requested by the system, let the users greatly improve their work efficiency during the design, construction, installation and debugging. Facilitate the operation of the turbine staff management and maintenance at the same time.
2. Basic Structure of Automatic Fuel Oil Supply System
Automatic fuel oil supply system with fuel oil supply system, heating system, fuel purification system, viscosity/temperature control system and electrical components. Oil supply system part configuration for oil pump, booster pump, usually for one case with two sets of each, according to different oil products, diesel engine burning optional emergency diesel pump, low sulfur oil pump and so on.
Heating system according to the different heat source system by each user and the size of a diesel engine power, selection and configuration, it is mainly used for heavy oil heating. At the same time, through the fuel fine filter or with automatic backwash filter in parallel purification, fuel oil viscosity controller by controlling the electric control valve regulating heat flow so as to achieve the aim of controlling heavy oil viscosity, system configuration has the 3-way switch valve, strainer, pressure regulating valve, flow meter, mix oil drum, temperature control valve, relief valve and other different types of valves and instruments and electric control system composition.
3. Automatic Fuel Oil Supply System Working Principle
Diesel or heavy oil respectively from the service tank is entered into the oil supply unit, the 3-way switch valve, through the coarse filter before to supply pump, two as spare for oil pump. For oil pump exported equipped with a pressure regulating valve can be adjusted for the pump working pressure and outlet is equipped with pressure controller, pressure gauge to check the oil pump working condition. Fuel after fine filter to filter the flowmeter to mix oil drum, unit filter is installed in parallel of manual and automatic filter, import and export have their respective valve, normal use automatic filter, by-pass filter used for backup.
Mixing barrel with liquid level controller is used to detect mix oil drum level, low level alarm signal to the control box. System of diesel engine oil, hot oil into the mixing barrel, mixes with cold oil for oil pump input, produce oil and gas, by mixing barrel at the top of the automatic exhaust to crude oil service tank, and is equipped with emergency hand exhaust to the bottom of the oil supply unit. After the fuel mixture degassing in the mixing barrel into the booster pump, two as spare booster pump; Outlet is equipped with pressure controller, pressure gauge to check the oil pump working condition.
After booster pump to the fuel oil heater heating (steam or heat conduction oil heat exchange), heating fuel after a viscometer to measure viscosity, viscosity and viscosity controller feedback signal detection. By electric valve control of heat flow of feed, best viscosity control fuel into the diesel engine fuel injection pump, extra fuel system at the time of the return pipe and oil return back pressure regulating valve back to unit mix oil drum, mixed with oil in the cold mixing barrel and fuel supply pump cycles. System equipped with pressure gauge and relief valve at the exit, display fuel outlet pressure and adjust the fuel pressure into the machine. But above all fuel oil supply unit set oil supply, purification, cyclic heating and complex viscosity/temperature control function.
4. Electrical control system fault and processing of Automatic Fuel Oil Supply System
(1) Automatic running self checking of standby starting:
According to the step of normal working start the 1# oil supply pump and 1# booster pump after the fuel supply system is stable, then the 2# oil supply pump and 2# booster pump controller switch is in standby position, close # 1 running pumps when pressure drops to the set point 2 # standby pump will start automatically. At the same time control box alarm indicator panel "standby oil supply pump start" or "standby booster pump start" red light is shining, the standby pump automatically start and have alarm signal output. Conversely, said standby starting system fault.
(2) Starter box fault and repair:
In normal operation working, the running of one group of green light is bright, and the another set of lights in the standby state will be off.
When the green lights running off, a loss of electric alarm:
Check the three-phase power supply is normal.
Check oil pump motor is normal, and then open the start box to check whether the motor protection device automatically jump off, to be removed after the failure, reswitch on the protective device.
When there is a green running lights and no loss of electric alarm:
Check the three-phase power supply is normal.
Check whether the control switch is in the normal working condition.
Check whether the AC contactor and motor protector of oil pump is normal
When the set of standby pump does not start automatically:
Check whether the position of the standby switch is normal.
Check whether there is any damage to the miniature circuit breaker and the intermediate relay in the start box.
Check whether the external pressure controller is damaged or the oil to the pressure control for dirty is blocking.
