1. Steel Plate Abrator Application
Steel Plate Abrator is a kind of shot-blasting equipment applied to steel plate. It can put strong shot blasting on the steel surface in reset condition, clearing away the rusty spot, rusty scale, welding slag and scale on it and gaining metal gloss surface in a certain degree of finish and uniform, in order to remove stress and improve surface lacquer quality and rot proofness of steel structure and steel.
This machine is mainly composed of cleaning room, roller conveyor, and impeller head, conveying system, longitudinal screw conveyer, hoister, feed screw conveyer, separator, shot-supply organization, duster, pneumatic system and electrical control system.
2. Steel Plate Abrator Working Process
There is a recycle system on the bottom of the steel plate abrator, the balls will be landing in the system after they hit the steel products. And there is a conveyer belt from bottom to top of the machine. Surely, the conveyer belt usually with many drawers, the balls will be full filled in the drawer, then be delivery to the top for use again.
On the top of the machine, there is a meshy equipment, the recycled balls with powder which from the conveyer belt will be fill in the equipment. The powder will be filtrate out the equipment to another place, just the balls left in it for use again. Surely, the powder need to be clean by people after some time.
