DN800 Dredge Self Floating Rubber Hose
Application
The DN800 self-floating capability of the hose is achieved through the use of closed-cell foam flotation devices that are integrated into the hose's structure. These flotation devices are placed at intervals along the length of the hose and ensure that it remains afloat and above the water surface, even when fully submerged. The hose is typically constructed with a reinforced rubber lining and multiple layers of high-tensile synthetic cord to provide strength and flexibility. The outer layer is made of rubber, which is resistant to oil, abrasion, and weathering, and is colored bright orange for high visibility on the water surface.
