Horizontal Pneumatic Wiper
Description:
The horizontal pneumatic wiper uses compressed air as the power source of the wiper, which drives the rubber blade at the lower end of the scraper rod to do parallel scraping on the porthole glass. It allows the porthole to keep a clear view of the waves and rain and snow, so as to ensure safe navigation. It can also meet customers' requirements for explosion-proof use, suitable for drilling platforms, chemical tankers, tankers and other special ships.

Chapter 1 and 2, Part Three, Chapter 1 and 3, Part Four of China Classification Society Rules for Classification of Sea-Going Steel Ships 2015 and its Amendments
It conforms to the industry standards of CB1366-2002 "General Code for Wiper for Ships"

2. The pneumatic motor works safely which will not be affected by the bad working conditions and can run under a working environment with high vibration, high temperature, electromagnetic and radiation.
3. It has the overload protection function. Once the overload occurs, the motor will reduce speed of stop work directly, and will restore after release from the overload, to avoid failure due to the overload.
4. The pneumatic motor can work reliably which can run continuously for a long time under full load condition, and there will be no substantial warming. With high rotational torque, fast start-up and stop, the pneumatic motor can start with load.
