Grade A Shipbuilding Steel Plate

The steel grade of the ship building plate is ABS grade A, which is equivalent with BVA, CCSA, NV A, GL-A KRA, LRA, KA, and RINA-A. It is one type of common strength shipbuilding steels with the yield strength at 235MPa. It should be noted that AB/AN is in normalized condition, while AB/A in controlled condition. The ABS grade A shipbuilding steel plate is suitable for offshore platforms and ship hull fabrication, whose weight is below 10000 tons.
