The Scope of Application:
Binders are ideal load control devices for a variety of trucks, trailers, campers and cargo ships.
Product Characteristic:
Load binders, also known as chain binders, are used to tighten chain when securing cargo for shipment. There are two common styles: ratchet binders and lever binders. Special hook construction supports the load of the chain and will not bind. Load binders are heat treated and proof tested with forged heat treated hooks. The Working Load Limit is permanently marked on handle. All load binders feature special links with controlled flash welds and are painted with red or blue, powdercoat enamel.
