    Oil tank bottom sample

    Oil tank bottom sample

    Description

    1. The flexible connection technology is adopted, thereby reducing the impact force of the liquid disturbance on the floating arm in the tank, and prolonging the service life of the tank device;

    2. The outer part of the sampling system adopts the most popular outdoor rainproof, dust-proof and anti-theft box type integrated structure. All valves, nozzles and circulating pumps are assembled in the whole body of the tank. After the assembly, the whole 1.0 MPa hydraulic test is carried out. ;

    3. The material in contact with the material is 304, which not only ensures the purity of the sample, but also enhances the anti-corrosion performance of the pipeline, ensuring the service life of more than 10 years;

    4. In the sampling and circulation system, a two-in-one special sampling valve is used, and the material is 304.

    Attention

    1. In order to make the oil sample truly represent the oil to be analyzed, when sampling, the operator must first use the hand pump to drain the oil in the sampling tube (should be based on the displacement of the hand pump and the sampling tube). After the oil is stored to determine the number of revolutions required to drive the hand pump, (the same applies to the pneumatic diaphragm pump), the fresh oil is replaced, and then the sampling port valve is unscrewed and sampled.

    2. The sampler is packaged and transported in sections. On-site installation should take care to protect the threads of each valve and sampling rod. When installing, first connect the sampling ports to take over, pay attention to the sealing of each connection part, and then connect the support tube.

    3, the pump inlet and outlet angle can be fine-tuned, easy to take over the installation and adjustment.

    4. The material used by the equipment is determined by the user according to the actual working conditions.
