Application
PC corrugated sheet is a polycarbonate engineering plastic as the main raw material,and adding anti-UV agents and other chemical additives.It is made the most advanced technology and equipment.
Features
1.Light Transmittance: 80%-90%.
2.Weather Resistance: UV co-extrusion layer on surface, can prevent ultraviolet ray from resin aging and yellowing, ensure long time weather resistance.UV co-extrusion layer can exchange the ultraviolet ray to visible light, stabilize the plants photosynthesis.
3.Impact Resistance:250 times of glass than that in same thickness, and 30 times of acrylic.
4.Temperature Resistance: Between -40℃~120℃, will not appear any obvious quality degradation in mechanical property.
5.Flame Resistance: Grade B1, no poisonous gas.
6.Light Weight: 1/15 weight of glass in same thickness, can be cold bent, easily and quickly construct.
7.Sound Insulation: Better than glass and acrylic in same thickness, 3-4DB better than glass, highway sound insulation barrier material.
