    PTFT Sheet

    Application
    The PTFE sheet is divided into two types: molded sheet and skived sheet. The molded sheet is formed by molding a polytetrafluoroethylene resin at a normal temperature, and then sintering and cooling. The skived sheet is made of PTFE resin by compacting, sintering and rotary cutting.The PTFE sheet has been widely used as a sealing material and a filling material.

    Advantages
    1.High temperature resistance. Its working temperature can reach 250 C.
    2.Low temperature resistance. It can still maintain 5% elongation when the temperature drops to - 190 C.
    3.Corrosion resistance. For most chemicals and solvents, it exhibits inertia and resistance to strong acids, alkalis, water and various organic solvents.
    4.Weather resistance. PTFE is moisture-free, non-flammable, and it is extremely stable to oxygen and ultraviolet radiation, so it has the best aging life of plastics.
    5.High lubrication. It is the lowest friction coefficient in solid materials.
    6.No adhesion. Because of the extremely low intermolecular force of oxygen-carbon chain, it does not adhere to any substance.
    7.No poison. Usually used for medical treatment, as an artificial blood vessel, cardiopulmonary bypass device, nasal plastic and other applications, as a long-term organ implantation in vivo without adverse reactions.
    8.Electrical insulation. It can withstand 1500 volts of high voltage.
