Repair and maintenance advice
1. Always check whether the bolts, rivets, pins and other connecting parts are loose or fall off, especially for bearing seat bolts and anchor bolts. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time.
2. Regularly check the gear meshing condition of the reduction box, check whether the gears are moving, whether the teeth are worn out, whether there are serious damages such as cracks and broken teeth; whether the oil in the fuel tank is enough, and whether the oil has deteriorated and precipitated.
3. Always check whether the lubricating oil pump is running normally, whether the oil flow of each lubricating part is smooth and quantitative, whether the oil ring is rotating, and whether the oil temperature is normal, otherwise it should be adjusted and replaced in time.
4. Regularly check whether the brake wheel, brake disc, brake shoe, transmission mechanism, hydraulic station, etc. of the braking system are flexible and normal, and whether the gap between the brake block and the brake disc (or brake wheel) meets the regulations, and the safety of the brake Whether the action is normal, whether the brake operating handle still has a reserve trip of 1/4 of the full stroke when it is used in the library, whether foreign objects cushion the brake counterweight, and whether the disc brake disc spring is invalid, otherwise deal with and adjust in a timely manner.
5. Frequently check the dynamic condition of the lead screw and nut of the depth indicator, and test the deceleration alarm bell and the over-rolling protection switch. If there is any insensitive action, it should be adjusted and tightened in time.
6. Check the master controller, electromagnet contactor, various relay signal devices, etc. Suppose there is burnout, repair or replace the contacts in time.
7. Check whether the wire rope is neatly wound on the drum, whether the rope head is fixed firmly, and check the inspection records of wire rope breakage and wear.
8. Check whether the coupling is loose, deformed and missing parts, check the axial displacement and clearance of the coupling, whether the radial displacement and end face inclination meet the requirements, replace the damaged elastic rubber ring, and make up for the pins that have fallen off, nuts, washers and other fasteners.
9. Always wipe the equipment, clean the floating dust and sundries, and keep the machine bright and clean.
