Cabin Unit
Introduction:
1. Location of crew accommodation: Crew accommodation shall be convenient for their daily work, with easy access and close proximity to the work place; Crew cabins with similar business nature shall be arranged adjacent to each other; Living room and lounge are chosen as far as possible in quieter and comfortable place, generally rely on the outside to decorate to be helpful for natural ventilation and daylighting. The piloting crew usually resides safely on the
starboard side from top to bottom according to their duties, while the engine crew resides on the port side from top to bottom.
2. Location of passenger cabins on passenger ships: passenger cabins are arranged in different sections as far as possible, with senior cabins arranged on the upper layer of the superstructure and then arranged step by step downward;
Public Spaces (such as restaurants and clubs) should be placed in a moderate position to facilitate the movement of visitors from different districts. Care should be taken not to cluster in one place to avoid overcrowding.
