JCL-18 Marine Fan
1.Structure:
The structure of a marine centrifugal fan is designed to provide efficient and reliable ventilation and air conditioning for marine vessels.
The basic structure of a marine centrifugal fan consists of the following components:
Motor: The motor is the power source for the fan, and it is usually electrically powered. It drives the fan impeller to generate airflow.
Impeller: The impeller is the rotating component of the fan that generates the airflow. It consists of a series of curved blades that are arranged in a circular pattern around a central hub. The impeller is housed within a casing or housing that directs the airflow.
Casing/Housing: The casing or housing is the outer shell of the fan that encloses the impeller. It is typically made of metal or plastic and is designed to withstand the harsh marine environment.
Inlet and Outlet: The inlet is the opening through which air enters the fan, and the outlet is the opening through which air exits the fan. These are typically located on opposite sides of the fan and are designed to optimize the airflow.
Bearings: The bearings are the components that support the rotating shaft of the fan. They are typically made of metal and are designed to withstand the high speeds and loads generated by the fan.
Shaft: The shaft is the component that connects the motor to the impeller. It is typically made of metal and is designed to transmit power from the motor to the impeller.
2. Cautions:
When selecting a marine centrifugal fan, factors such as the size of the space, the required air flow rate, and the operating conditions, such as temperature and humidity, must be taken into account. It is also important to consider the fan's energy efficiency and maintenance requirements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
