Marine Horizontal Centrifugal Pump
Marine Horizontal Centrifugal Pump Overview
Like most pumps, maine horizontal centrifugal pump converts rotational energy, often from a motor, to energy in a moving fluid. A portion of the energy goes into kinetic energy of the fluid. Fluid enters axially through eye of the casing, is caught up in the impeller blades, and is whirled tangentially and radially outward until it leaves through all circumferential parts of the impeller into the diffuser part of the casing. The fluid gains both velocity and pressure while passing through the impeller. The doughnut-shaped diffuser, or scroll, section of the casing decelerates the flow and further increases the pressure.
According to the operation condition of the worksite, marine horizontal centrifugal pump is mounted in horizontally. Available horizontal centrifugal pump is CWZ, CBZ, CYZ-A, CB, CIS, CIW, CWL, CWLD, BL...

Features
Material: plastic, stainless steel, bronze, cast iron and other materials solutions for a range of budgets.
Certificate: CCS, ABS, BV, DNV-GL, NK...
Impeller is fixed up directly on lengthening shaft, which result in short axial length, pump and motor coincide perfectly, which effectively reduce the axial and radial force.
Easy to maintain. It is not necessary to remove the pipeline for check-out and maintenance, only to take out the nuts on the pump lid, the motor and the driving components.
Stable running, low noise, high concentricity of components. Beatings of low noise are used for motor, the impellers has the advantage of best dynamic and static balance, as no vibration at running, thus, the environment can be improved.
