Application
A marine electrical bow thruster is a type of propulsion system used in ships and boats to provide additional maneuverability and control. It is an electric motor-driven propeller that is mounted in a tunnel on the bow of the vessel. Maintenance advice
1. Regularly check whether there is leakage of hydraulic oil in the side thruster of the ship, regularly add tallow to the moving bearings and couplings, and replenish the hydraulic oil of the system in time.
2. Clean the dust in the ship's thruster control panel in time and check the working condition of the ACB.
If the ACB fails to close there are several reasons:
2.1. The control circuit has no electricity;
2.2. The main switch energy storage motor does not store energy normally;
2.3. There is no closing signal to the main switch closing coil;
2.4. The main switch under voltage coil has no electricity.
