Advantages of Hot Dip Galvanized Layer:
1. The entire steel surface can be easily covered by the zinc layer;
2. The hardness value of the hot-dip galvanized layer is higher, and it has better impact resistance and wear resistance;
3. Even if part of the zinc layer falls off, the surrounding zinc layer can act as an anode to protect the inner metal from being corroded;
4. The corrosion rate of the zinc layer is slow, about 5% of the corrosion rate of steel, so the service life is longer.
