    1. Product Introduction:

    Usually it is open, the angle of blade is adjustable at the range of 0 degree to 90 degrees manually, once fire occurs, the gas temperature of duct arrives at 70 degrees, and then the fuse protector will be fused and the damper will close under the pull of spring. Compared with the ordinary fire proof damper, it also can be closed by DC24V electrical control. It is applied to the pipeline of smoke extraction which needs fireproofing. It can isolate smoke’s leaking and stop the fire spreading.

    6. When arranging fire dampers, pay attention to:
    1. The height of the installation location is generally controlled at about 1.5m. If the height exceeds 2m, rope traction should be used.
    2. When using a wire zipper, the length is required to be less than 6m, the number of bends is less than 3, the bending radius is greater than 300mm, and the steel pipe is used as a sheath to protect the rope.
    3. The fire damper is arranged in the dangerous area, the remote control solenoid valve should be placed in the safe area together with the control box, and the remote control device is 1.5m away from the ground.
    4. The control of the fire damper (marine fire damper) on the kitchen exhaust duct should be interlocked with the release of carbon dioxide, and the control box should be placed near the kitchen door.
    5. The tuyere baffle of the emergency generator room should be interlocked with the start of the generator diesel engine. According to ISO requirements, usually the fire damper in the emergency generator room adopts the form of non-failure closing.
