Daily Inspection and Maintenance of Explosion-proof Hydraulic Winch

(1) Carefully check whether the bolts, pins, nuts and other connecting parts of the winch are loose or fall off, and deal with the problems in time.

(2) When there is no lifting load, check the uniformity of the disc brake release to ensure that the gap is basically the same and does not exceed the specified value; check whether the test pedal emergency brake switch is standard.

(3) Check whether the axial plunger oil pump and the vane oil pump work normally and whether there is vibration and noise. When the handle is slightly moved in the positive and negative directions, see whether it can realise the positive and negative rotation of the winch drum.

(4) Check whether the oil level indication in the fuel tank reaches the specified position (or mark), whether the oil temperature meets the specified requirements, and check whether the cooling water passing through the cooler is sufficient and smooth.

(5) Regularly clean the oil pool and filter, it is strictly forbidden to have solid free matter in the oil pool, and a large number of air bubbles in the hydraulic oil should be exhausted in time.

(6) Check the transmission of the depth indicator screw nut, and test the over-roll protection switch.

(7) Check whether the wire ropes are neatly arranged on the drum and whether the rope heads are fixed firmly.

(8) Carefully check whether there is oil leakage at each pipeline valve group, pipe joints, etc., and if they are not qualified, they should be tightened and dealt with in time.

(9) Carefully check whether the instruments on the operating table are normal, test whether each operating button switch is flexible and accurate, and check the electrical control switches and contacts for burnout. Those who fail should report or replace them in time.

(10) Wipe the equipment frequently, do a good job of environmental sanitation, and keep the machine clean and bright.
