Advantages and Disadvantages of Electric Hydraulic Pump
Advantages and Disadvantages of Electric Hydraulic Pump
According to the need to adjust the output flow of variable pump, we call it variable Pump, on the contrary, the flow can not be regulated named constant pump. There are three kinds of pumps commonly used in electric hydraulic pumps: gear pump, vane pump and piston pump.
1. Gear pump:
Advantages: Small size, simple structure, cheaper price.
Disadvantage: Pump shaft is under unbalanced force, badly worn, and The rate of leakage is large.
2. Vane pump:
Advantages: It is divided into double-acting vane pump and single-acting vane pump. The water flow is evenly, smooth operation, low noise, higher working pressure and better efficiency than gear pump.
Disadvantage: The structure is more complex than gear pump.
3. Piston pump:
Advantages: High volume efficiency, the rate of leakage is small, it can work under high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems.
Disadvantages: Complex structure, high requirement of material and processing accuracy, high price. Piston pumps are usually used when gear pumps and vane pumps cannot satisfy the requirements. There are other types of hydraulic pumps, such as screw pumps, but their applications are not as common as those three types.
Through the analysis of the above three pumps, we can know that the advantages and disadvantages of electric hydraulic pumps may be different in models and types, due to these differences, the users can have more choices when they need these pumps. With the increasing demand for these products in many industries in China, it is urgent to improve and innovate them.
