1. High Pressure Oil Hose Application
High pressure oil hose is suitable for hydraulic control lines and it is mainly used to deliver hydraulic oil. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality oil resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose can be used to deliver oils smoothly. The reinforcement is made from one layer of braided textile, making the hose lightweight, flexible and easy to operate. The cover is made from high quality oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose have longer service life. Besides, the hose can eliminate the vibration of the hydraulic lines.2. Characteristics of High Pressure Oil Hose
(1) The high pressure steel wire braid rubber tube is made of special synthetic rubber and has excellent oil, heat and aging resistance.
(2) High pressure and excellent impulse performance.
(3) The pipe body is tightly bound and soft to be used, with small deformation under pressure.
(4) The hose has excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance.
(5) The length of woven and wrapped hose is large, which can reach up to 10 meters or even more than 100 meters.
