Function

(1) The interlock control function that can boost the operation when the blind opening plate reaches the predetermined closing position.

(2) When the internal pressure of the pressure vessel is released, the interlocking device can be disengaged before the interlocking function of the quick opening blind plate can be opened.

(3) It has an alarm function synchronized with the above two functions.

Working principle

When the quick-opening blind plate reaches the predetermined closing position, the position indicator light is on, at this time: the interlocking alarm device can be installed to perform the boosting operation; and when the quick-opening blind plate does not reach the predetermined closing position, the position indicator does not light, this The operator is still required to continue to close the quick-open blind until the predetermined closed position is reached.

During boost operation, the interlock device indicates that the red light is on (when there is pressure in the device, the position indicator and the interlock device indicator light are on at the same time), the block lift wrench socket turns red, and the interlock device is locked. At this point, the blind plate cannot be opened normally. If the screw is loosened when the device is under pressure, the audible and visual alarm will alarm.

When the internal pressure of the pressure vessel is released, the interlocking device is automatically disengaged, the wrench socket becomes a through hole, and the interlocking device indicator light is extinguished, and the interlocking device can open the quick opening blind plate. When the blind plate is opened, the mechanical warning light turns on the window in red.

When the quick opening blind is closed to the predetermined position, the position indication green light is on; after the pressure is released, the interlocking device indicator light is extinguished, and the synchronous alarm is achieved.
