Description
The down-the-hole impactor is an integral part of the down-the-hole drilling rig and belongs to the working device of the down-the-hole drilling rig. The downhole impactor is divided into a low wind pressure downhole impactor, a medium pressure downhole impactor and a high wind pressure downhole impactor.
Application
DTH impactor is widely used in metallurgical, coal, chemical, building materials, mining and water conservancy, hydropower, highway, railway, national defense, construction and other engineering hole-forming operations, suitable for dry, wind and water mixing and blast hole water wet operation With reliable working performance, it is the ideal drilling blasthole equipment.
Principle
At the beginning of the impact stroke, the piston and the valve plate are in the upper position, and the compressed air enters the upper chamber of the cylinder through the radial holes of the valve cover and the valve seat, and pushes the piston to move downward at high speed to impact the drill bit. When the piston row to the spline groove of the bushing is closed, the pressure in the lower chamber begins to rise, so that the center hole of the upper end of the piston leaves the valve bar, the upper chamber passes through the atmosphere, the pressure is lowered, and the working stroke ends. When the piston hits the tail of the drill bit, the valve piece is reversed due to the upper and lower pressure difference, and the piston repeats the return stroke motion.
Features
1. The single impact energy is large, and the energy consumption of the broken rock is low;
2. The weight ratio of the piston to the drill bit is close, and the effective action time is long, which is beneficial to improve the rock crushing efficiency and extend the life of the drill;
3. The center exhaust slag discharge effect is good, reducing the repeated crushing of the rock;
4. The impactor has a check valve device. The blasthole can be drilled in the water. HR series down-the-hole impactor. Widely used in thousands of energy, transportation, metallurgy, building materials and other industries, is an ideal perforation equipment.
