Description:

Air operated pneumatic diaphragm pumps(such as QBY Marine Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump) not only can exhaust the flow liquid, but also can convey some uneasy flowed medium, with the merits of self-pumping pump, diving pump, shield pump and impurity pump etc. Not like other kinds pumps, this pump is simple in structure, installation and maintenance. The medium conveyed by the pump will not touch the matched pneumatic valve and coupling lever etc. It can transmit the adhesive liquid (the viscosity I below 1000centipoise) and needn’t the oil lubricant. Even if idling, it has no influence to the pump.

Cast steel		The conveying medium is medium and weak corroding liquid, such as oil consumption, rain water, mud water, etc.
Stainless steel		The conveying medium is a strong alkaline liquid or a medical one, for food use, such as drinks, milk, chocolate and other liquids, etc.
polypropylene		The conveying medium is a strong acid type liquid, such as low concentration of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.
PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)	Inner Teflon(内聚四氟乙烯)	If the conveying medium has a relatively bad working condition, contains strong acid and strong alkali, and the temperature is relatively high, etc.
