Marine Hot-water Fan Heater

1. Introduction:

The heating unit, with 90℃ hot water as the heating medium, is a critical equipment in main engine room, auxiliary machinery compartment and other compartments.

When the ship is pulled in and the ambient temperature is close to 0℃, the unit must be started to keep the temperature in each compartment above 0℃ to avoid the damage of the equipment and pipelines inside due to low temperature and facilitate the preparation of the next voyage of the ship.

This equipment is composed of heat radiation coil pipe and axial fan.

2. Features:

3. Installation in Shipyard:

When the installation, care must be taken to avoid damage or deformation of the casing by collision.

Connect corresponding pipes according to the drawing.

The pipes can be put into use only when 0.6MPa pressure test is satisfactory.

Make sure the phrase sequence of fan electric motor is correct to ensure the correct air blow direction.

The diameter of the pipe which guides the hot water in shall not be less than that of the water inlet pipe of the unit.

In addition, filter shall be installed inside the water inlet pipeline.
