Concrete polypropylene monofilament fiber is a high-strength bundle monofilament fiber made of polypropylene as the main raw material and manufactured by a special production process. Adding concrete (or mortar) can effectively control the micro-cracks caused by plastic shrinkage, shrinkage, temperature change and other factors of concrete (or mortar), prevent and inhibit the formation and development of cracks, and greatly improve the crack resistance and impermeability of concrete. Performance, impact resistance and seismic resistance, can be widely used in industrial civil buildings (walls, floors, pools, basements, etc.), water conservancy projects (river, dam, dock revetment), and road and bridge engineering (road, bridge deck) , airport road surface, etc.).
Product Description
Fiber reinforced concrete, which is blended with synthetic fiber or steel fiber or carbon fiber in ordinary concrete, embodies the idea of composite design, especially synthetic fiber reinforced concrete, which retains the original high compressive strength of concrete. The characteristics can greatly increase its crack resistance, toughness, and impermeability, and more in line with the requirements of modern high-tech construction projects.

Applications
1. adaptable to various concrete aggregates, admixtures, admixtures and cement, and there are no special requirements for mixing equipment.
2. Easy to use with no need to change the original design ratio of the concrete, the reinforcement ratio in the original design.
However, please donnot reduce the main force-receiving ribs in the design at will with fibers in.
Operation Guide
1. According to the design dosage and concrete mixing amount, accurately weigh the fiber.
2. After preparing the sand stone material, add the fiber together with the aggregate to the mixer, stir with water, and extend the mixing time for 30~60 seconds. Random sampling after completion of the agitation, if the fibers have been uniformly dispersed, the concrete can be put into use. If the fibers still keep bundling, please extend mixing time for another 30 seconds, it is fitted to be used.
3. The concrete added with TB-flber fiber is identical to the ordinary concrete construction and maintenance process.
