Ship Multi-Blade Fire Damper

1. Introduction:

The fire resistance rating of the fire damper is the same as that of the perforated bulkhead and is pneumatic controlled.  When the instrument table is connected, the fire damper is opened; the fire damper is turned off when instrument table is cut off. When the temperature passing though exceeds 70℃, the fusible plate on the fire damper will melt automatically, thus closing the fire damper. The switch status of the fire damper is displayed on the field indicator box, the damper control box and the operating table in the central control room.

2. Features:

The valve will be shutdown automatically when the fuse block move at temperature of 70°c

The damper will be automatically shutdown when electric signal sent to the valve.

Shutdown manually

Output shutdown signal, the related ventilation equipment stop working.

Start-up manually.

Adjust air flow volume manually.

We can meet different customers’s requirement of fire damper.

Special size can be customized.
