1. Summary of Tank Washing Equipment

Tank washing equipment type YQJ B/Q is designed for cleaning the tanks of oil tankers and chemical tankers. Dimension, structure and cleaning requirements of the tanks are the standard for design, it’s necessary to estimate above information before installation. Tank cleaning machine type YQJ B/Q is fixed type for installation and it also can be used as portable tank washing machine. We can supply fixed support for portable type in order to reduce the labor intensity which shall be marked out when place the order. Tank cleaning machines are made of copper alloy or stainless steel which has the effect of antirust and antiseptic.

2. Installation Guide of Tank Washing Equipment

Tank washing equipment type YQJ B/Q shall be installed in the vertical position. Both fixed type and portable type has a strainer installed in the inlet of tank cleaning machine in order to prevent from blocking. The connector between tank cleaning machine and pump can be flange or screw joint, in order to supply the correct accessories, customers shall give the requirements when placing order.
Individual stop valve and pressure meter shall be installed in each tank cleaning piping in order to control the hydraulic pressure for tank cleaning machine.
