Type 970 Sheet Tile

Type 970 sheet tile is one kind of good quality sheet piles, and its applicable distance is 1000mm to 1200mm. Roof tiles series, wall panel series, free-standing and ceiling series are suitable for trusses with a height-to-span ratio of 1:5-1:6. Each tile should be constructed strictly in accordance with the required spacing of the rafters.

Construction methods

(1) Lap

The wavy tile series is lapped with two waves, roofing tiles, wall panels, free-standing and suspended ceilings, each of which is overlapped with a wave, the length overlap(longitudinal overlap) cannot be less than 100mm.

(2) Fixed

Roofing tile, wall panel, free-standing and ceiling series can be fixed by professional hooks provided by our company, or self-tapping can be used.

The wave tile series must be fixed with the professional hooks provided by the company, and it is not allowed to use the special dowels provided by the company. Two sets of accessories must be installed evenly for each stringer and each tile. And the accessories must be fixed on the wave crest. At the longitudinal edge of the tile, no peaks must be fixed on the stringer with accessories, and reinforcement measures should be taken in the windy area. When installing the wall panel, two or more rivets are required between each two beams in the overlap of the two wall panels. When installing the tile hook, using a special rubber pad under the tile, the nut should be moderately tight. Besides, when installing the ridge roof, the side tiles and the ridge tiles should be installed at the same time.
