ULG Tubular type Level Gauge is a type of liquid level measurement device used to determine the level of liquid in tanks, vessels, and other containers. It consists of a clear, transparent tube or multiple tubes mounted vertically on the side of the container.

The ULG Tubular type Level Gauge operates on the principle of hydrostatic pressure. The liquid in the container exerts pressure on the lower end of the tube, causing the liquid to rise inside the tube to the same level as the liquid in the container. The height of the liquid in the tube indicates the level of the liquid in the container.

The tubes used in ULG Tubular type Level Gauges are made of materials that are compatible with the liquid being measured, such as glass, acrylic, or toughened borosilicate glass. The tube is typically mounted with the help of flanges or threaded connections at the top and bottom, ensuring a secure installation.

To enhance visibility, the tube may be fitted with a protective cover or a transparent shield to protect it from damage or contact with the liquid. Some level gauges also feature a red/white-colored indicator that floats inside the tube, providing a clear visual indication of the liquid level.
