Hi-Sea's airbag adopts a brand-new integral winding production technology:
A: the new technology that the head of the airbag has two more layers than the body of the airbag strengthens the use strength of the airbag, and its airtightness and safety are also significantly improved;
B: the professional rubber formula greatly prolongs the service life of airbags, which is twice as long as that of ordinary airbags;
C: using regular nylon cord fabric, high-pressure explosion-proof performance is safe and reliable.
Materials:
A: The rubber in the inner air-tight layer is a mixture of natural rubber and butadiene rubber, and its rubber content is 64%~67%, which is higher than that in the same industry. The high rubber content ensures the advantages of high elasticity and high air tightness of the airbag.
B: The middle skeleton material is nylon curtain cloth with adhesive, and the skeleton material of the product is 1260D2V1 curtain wiring. The single breaking strength is not less than 210N, which is much higher than the industry standard of 205.8N/ piece. There are 90~94 nylon curtain wiring in every 10 cubic centimeters, and the closely arranged curtain wiring improves the strength and service life of the airbag.
C: The outer rubber layer is made of mixed rubber of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and cis-butadiene rubber, which is tough in texture and has the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
Airbag Nozzle: (the nozzle can be divided into stainless steel nozzle and galvanized steel nozzle)
The airbag nozzle is connected with the airbag body, and the degumming problem of the airbag nozzle is completely solved by using imported special high-strength special rubber adhesive, so that the airbag nozzle and the airbag body form a whole with higher dragging force and pulling force, and at the same time, the phenomenon of separation of the airbag nozzle and the airbag body caused by rotation and displacement of the airbag nozzle is prevented. The airbag nozzle is equipped with exclusive accessories and lug pull rings for combined use.
Test:
Hi-Sea airbags are strictly subject to factory inspection procedures. Before leaving the factory, each airbag needs to undergo overall appearance inspection, dimensional deviation test, air tightness test and pressure test (the inspection pressure is 1.5-2 times of the service pressure). If the working pressure or gas leakage rate per unit time is not up to standard, it will never leave the factory.
