Marine Water Tube Boiler
Introduction of Marine Water Tube Boiler
Definition: The water circulates in the boiler tube, and the tube is surrounded by high-temperature flue gas. The high-temperature flue gas heats the water in the tube to produce steam or hot water.
Working Principle of Marine Water Tube Boiler
The fuel oil is fully burned in the furnace to generate high-temperature flue gas, and the heat is transferred to the water wall and the heating surface of the boiling water pipe near the furnace by radiation.

Features of Marine Water Tube Boiler
Under the same steam parameters, compared with the smoke tube boiler, the water tube boiler has the advantages of high efficiency, high evaporation intensity, fast start-up, light weight and small volume.
However, due to the small water storage capacity of the water tube boiler, the heat storage performance is poor. Therefore, the ability to adapt to variable loads is poor. And because the evaporation intensity is high, the water flows in the thin water pipe, and the scale is difficult to eliminate, so the quality of the water supply is higher.
