Application:
It’s a good option for shipyard to choose bulb plates as the main structure of ships due to their excellent strength and light weight. They feature a unique shape--flat, with a short, tapered flange on one side--which provide significant benefits in shipbuilding stiffener application.They are regarded as economical, efficient, and reliable by peers. These bulb flats are manufactured strictly in accordance with GB/T 9945-2012 or EN10067 by Chinese excellent steel mills of make good quality. We provide you complete steel grades and dimensions. If you have any specific requirements, we will try our best to satisfy you.

Our shipbuilding bulb flats are produced by Chinese top steel mills complying with extremely strict quality management. Our bulb flats are made of standard steel with tiny tolerances. The production of steel follows the requirements of GB9945-2012 or EN10067:1997.
2. We provide a wide range of steel grades and dimensions.
We are able to provide bulb flats made of steel grade from A, B, D, E under the temperature of 0℃, -20℃ and -40℃. The dimensional range is from nominal size 80×5mm to 430×20mm. The regular length of bulb flats is in the range of 40~120m.
