Glass fiber Warp-Knitting Geogrid is a flat grid-like material made of high-quality reinforced alkali-free glass fiber yarn, which is made of foreign advanced warp knitting machine and coated with high-quality modified asphalt. It follows the principle of similar compatibility, highlights the composite performance with asphalt mixture, and fully protects the glass fiber substrate, greatly improving the wear resistance and shear resistance of the substrate, thereby enabling the pavement structure to be enhanced and resisted. The occurrence of cracks and other diseases has ended the difficult problem of asphalt pavement. In the application of soft foundation reinforcement treatment, the tensile strength of other materials is insufficient and the elongation is too large problem.

The product has high tensile strength, low elongation, physical and chemical stability, heat resistance, aging resistance, good compatibility with asphalt, can prevent reflection and shrinkage, prolong service life, save engineering cost, and is widely used. The foundation of the pavement is reinforced and crack-proof, and the foundation, retaining wall, and reinforcement of the soil are used in the project.

Applications

1. The dam on the soft foundation is reinforced, homogenizing the stress, improving the stability of the foundation, adjusting the settlement and improving the bearing capacity. (figure 1)

The embankment slope is reinforced to improve the stability of the slope. (figure 2)

Prevent road reflection cracks and enhance the strength of the road base. (image 3)
