    Round Counterflow FRP Cooling Tower

    Description

    FRP cooling tower is corrosion resistant, high strength, light weight, small size, small footprint, beautiful and durable, and convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance. Therefore, it is widely used in various sectors of the national economy, and is particularly suitable for cooling water circulation systems such as air conditioning, refrigeration, air compressor stations, heating furnaces, and condensation processes. The counterflow gas heat exchange technology is adopted, and the filler is made of high-quality modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate to diffuse the water spray area; by rotating the water distribution method, the water distribution is uniform and the cooling effect is enhanced. Our factory has made partial improvements to the shape design of this series of products, making it more reliable, durable and easy to assemble.

    Cooling tower structure

    (1) Cooling tower body: reasonable type line, stable airflow, excellent material, bright color, anti-UV agent in surface gel coat resin, anti-aging, high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. The lower tower body can be equipped with overflow, sewage and automatic water supply pipes according to the ordering requirements. It can be directly absorbed by water, eliminating the cooling pool and equipped with anti-noise and noise-reducing pads, which effectively reduces the sound of dripping.

    (2) Cooling tower packing: modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate, laterally increased convex ribs, water redistribution ability, small resistance, good thermal performance, high temperature resistance 70 degrees, low temperature -50 degrees, good flame retardancy .

    (3) Rotating water distributor and cloth water pipe: equipped with stainless steel ball bearing, flexible and reliable operation, low water head, uniform water distribution, cloth water pipe made of aluminum alloy or glass steel, water collecting plate installed on the pipe, overcoming the floating water phenomenon.

    (4) Cooling tower fan: Low-noise, high-efficiency fan designed by the Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University according to the parameters of the series cooling tower, aluminum alloy plate airfoil or fiberglass blade, low noise and high efficiency.

    (5) Cooling tower motor: Based on the Y-series installation dimensions of Tsinghua University, the low-noise energy-saving motor designed for the cooling tower has good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency and low noise.

    (6) Cooling tower deceleration device: It adopts polyester fiber reinforced neoprene power belt transmission, which is resistant to high temperature and high efficiency. It does not stretch when it meets water, overcomes the phenomenon of slipping and has little noise.

    (7) Cooling tower sound absorption facilities: The ultra-low noise cooling tower adds a shield with sound absorbing material outside the air inlet, and is equipped with sound absorbing gratings in the upper and lower parts to achieve maximum noise reduction effect. A bell mouth shield and sound absorbing grille with sound absorbing material are installed at the air outlet of the upper tower body, which reduces the noise emitted by the fan and the motor.

    (8) Cooling tower inlet window: It is equipped with FRP louvers to reduce floating water and low airflow resistance. It is especially suitable for units in the northern region and all year round that need to use cooling towers.

    (9) Cooling tower bracket: all steel brackets for wind turbines, packings, inlet windows, towers, etc. are assembled, galvanized or painted to prevent corrosion. Fasteners are available in galvanized or stainless steel bolts.
