Abestos Free Gasket

Description

Asbestos free gaskets are made of aramid fiber and artificial rock wool (sepiolite). They are made of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene or NBR rubber. They are specially made by roll pressing and have temperature resistance, pressure resistance and oil resistance. Excellent air tightness and compression resilience; high mechanical strength materials are easy to cut and form. Wire or metal platinum sheets can be entrained according to customer requirements. According to the physical performance grade, it can be divided into three different grades of low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure, as well as oil resistant, acid resistant, pressure resistant, high temperature resistant, refrigeration refrigerant plates, airtight plates, marine sealing plates and other special non-asbestos gaskets. On the basis of the above materials, the wire is reinforced, the graphite is coated to increase the temperature resistance, and the graphite-containing non-asbestos graphite plate can be customized according to the special needs of the customer, and other non-asbestos materials and various gaskets can be customized.

Medium: various gases, water, water vapor, chemical solvents and various oils, etc.

Size

According to the customer’s request, and all products with a thickness of 0.8 mm or more can be reinforced with clip wire mesh, can be coated with graphite and double-sided anti-stick treatment.
