1. Marine Oily Water Separator General Information

This Equipment allows the discharge of ship bilge water in any water areas.
The installment wash water is suitable for the cleanlily water.
Discharge of this Equipment meets the international discharge standard and satisfies the requirements of the IMO resolution MEPC.107(49), Guidelines and Specifications for Pollution Prevention Equipment for Machinery Space Bilges of Ships, as well as meeting the international discharge standard for waste liquids.

2. Warning of Marine Oily Water Separator

(1) Never install this Equipment in explosive atmosphere.
(2) The inside of this Equipment is painted with anticorrosive coating, no welding work is allowed on this Equipment.
(3) Fill the Equipment with water before putting it into operation.
(4) After being stopped, the 15ppm bilge water separator must be full of water, otherwise its performance will be seriously affected, while significantly reducing the efficiency and service lifetime of the second-stage and third-stage oil-filtering devices.

The YSZ series 15 ppm oily water separator is designed and manufactured according to  the IMO resolution MEPC.107(49), Guidelines and Specifications for Pollution Prevention Equipment for Machinery Space Bilges of Ships. This Equipment is used for the treatment of bilge water of various ships. The treated bilge water will be able to meet the standard specified by the IMO MEPC.107(49) Resolution and then may be discharged overboard.
With compact structure, small size and light weight, this Equipment provides large treatment capacity and high reliability, as well as being able to be operated and maintained easily. Bilge water treated through this Equipment completely satisfies the requirements of the IMO resolution MEPC.107(49) Resolution, Guidelines and Specifications for Pollution Prevention Equipment for Machinery Space Bilges of Ships.
The YSZ series 15 ppm oily water separator is provided with automatic/manual heating, automatic oil discharge, automatic alarm and automatic recording of the operating procedure. Manual oil discharge may be adopted when necessary. This Equipment is suitable in particular for use on ships of high degree of automation.
