Product Characteristic：

The handle of US type ratchet load binder is divided into a forging shank and a casting shank. The material of the forging shank is mostly 45# steel, which adopts the die forging process; the material of the casting shank is cast steel, and the process is casting. In addition to the handle, the main component of the US type ratchet load binder also includes a seamless steel tube. The material of this part is generally made of 20# steel.

The two ends of US type ratchet load binder are made of a rolling thread and are detachable. The gear part can adopt the die forging process or the casting process. Compared with the casting process, the casting process has high production efficiency and low cost, but the forged gear has forged marks, and the gears that are rolled without rolling are smooth.
