    Description

    Aluminum heat welding is a method in which a metal is heated by a superheated molten metal generated by an exothermic reaction between a metal oxide and a metal aluminum to achieve bonding.

    The commercial application of this welding process dates back to Germany in the late nineteenth century, when aluminum reduced iron oxide was used to make castings and repair broken joints. Later, this process was gradually promoted and applied to the connection of copper busbars between rails, power grounding systems and cathodic protection.

    The welding process is simple in operation, does not require an external power source and heat source, and has low welding cost and stable and reliable quality, and is very suitable for welding operations of field cables and other metal components.

    Features and advantages
